Welcome to The Flourish Way. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, membership platform, coaching services, and any related digital content (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Membership Access & Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to enroll.
Your membership grants you access to The Flourish Circle, including live calls, session recordings, and group resources, as outlined in your purchase.
Membership access is intended for individual use only and may not be shared.
2. Coaching Disclaimer
The Flourish Way provides education and wellness coaching. We do not diagnose, treat, or prescribe for any medical condition. Participation in our programs does not create a doctor-patient relationship. Always consult with a qualified healthcare provider before making changes to your health or wellness routine.
3. Payments & Billing
Membership is billed monthly via our secure payment processor (Stripe).
Your membership will auto-renew every 30 days unless canceled in accordance with our cancellation policy.
By enrolling, you authorize recurring monthly charges until cancellation.
4. Cancellation & Refund Policy
You may cancel your membership at any time by contacting us or managing your billing settings.
30 days’ notice is required to cancel before your next billing cycle.
No refunds will be issued for partial months, unused sessions, or retroactive cancellations.
Founding Member pricing is non-transferable and remains active only while membership is current.

All content shared within The Flourish Way—including session recordings, downloadable guides, and teaching materials—is the intellectual property of Kristie Vogelsberg and/or guest contributors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or sell any content without written permission.
